StreamShift workflow overview
A StreamShift migration has four major phases:
Configure: Select the migration type and specify the source and target connection details.
Assess: View StreamShift's assessment of the scope of the migration and any compatibility issues.
Customize: Map the source schemas (in Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server) or databases (in MariaDB or MySQL) to the target schemas or databases and address any incompatibilities.
Migrate: Migrate the schema and data.
For a detailed description of this workflow, see Prerequisite setup for sources and targets and Migrating a database with StreamShift.
