Cosmos DB setup
Cosmos DB is supported only as a target and only using the Core (SQL) API with provisioned throughput (see How to choose between provisioned throughput and serverless).
In the Data Explorer for the target Cosmos DB account, click New Database. For simplicity, you may wish to use the source database's name as the Cosmos DB database ID.
