ADLSGen2Writer, AzureBlobWriter, FileWriter, GCSWriter, HDFSWriter, and S3Writer can roll over to a new file when a DDL event is received from one of the sources listed in Handling schema evolution.

KafkaWriter can track schema evolution (see Schema registry use cases and examples).
