bigquery-configure-connection-profile-validata

  • Connection Profile Name: Enter a unique name that identifies this connection profile.

  • Endpoint Type: Select BigQuery.

  • Project ID: Enter the Google Cloud project containing the BigQuery datasets that Validata will connect to.

  • Billing Project ID: Optionally, enter a different Google Cloud project to bill for BigQuery query execution. If not specified, the Project ID is used for billing.

  • Service Account Key: Upload the service account key JSON file. The service account must have BigQuery Data Viewer and BigQuery Job User roles on the target datasets. If using the BigQuery Storage API, also grant BigQuery Read Session User.

  • Private Service Connect Endpoint: Optionally, enter a Private Service Connect (PSC) endpoint for private networking to BigQuery.

  • Connection URL: Optionally, enter a JDBC URL with additional connection parameters. Leave blank for standard connections.
